Management systems certification
We provide management and consulting services covering the development, implementation, and certification of management systems, as well as business modelling services including the design and documentation of core business processes.
The international market for management system certification — particularly under ISO 9001 and related standards — is served by numerous specialised bodies. We work alongside the most reputable of these to ensure our clients' certifications carry genuine global weight.
A certificate issued through our organisation or accredited partner bodies gives companies internationally recognised proof of quality in their products, services, and management systems — opening doors to the global marketplace with confidence.
We facilitate management system certification in full compliance with established certification procedures. The certification cycle for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 50001 spans 3 years, comprising an initial certification audit and two subsequent surveillance audits. A preliminary audit may be conducted prior to certification upon the client's request.
Failure to meet audit deadlines or serious breaches of the rules governing certified organisations will result in suspension or withdrawal of the certificate.
To obtain a conformity certificate, an organisation must complete the following steps.
-
Analysis of the application
The organisation submits an application for a certification audit by filling out a special questionnaire and sending it to the Certification Body by e-mail. The Certification Body analyses the application and prepares a commercial proposal indicating the volume and cost of work. After the customer accepts the terms, a bilateral agreement is signed and the composition of auditors is determined.
-
Preliminary audit
Before proceeding to certification, the customer may be recommended to undergo a preliminary audit — a simplified version of the certification audit. Based on the results, the Certification Body draws up a report indicating non-conformities of the management system with the requirements of the standard. After analysing the report, the organisation can assess its readiness and take action in advance to refine the system.
-
Certification audit
The certification audit is divided into two stages. At the beginning of each stage, the customer is provided with an audit plan for approval, and at the end — a corresponding report and time to perform the necessary corrections.
Stage 1 includes analysis of management system documentation and interviews with personnel. In case of critical non-conformities, the customer is given a maximum of 6 months before the start of the Stage 2 audit.
Stage 2 consists of checking and assessing the organisation's practical implementation of documented procedures, confirmed by the collection of relevant evidence. The results are announced at a closing meeting.
In case of a positive result, the organisation receives a certificate of compliance valid for 3 years. If critical non-conformities are identified during Stage 2, the organisation receives 6 months to eliminate them, after which a verification is carried out and, if successful, the certificate is issued.
-
Supervisory audits
During the validity period of the certificate, the organisation shall maintain the management system at an appropriate level. The Certification Body conducts one surveillance audit at 12 months and another at 24 months after the certification audit. The procedure for reporting and eliminating non-conformities is the same as for a certification audit.
-
Recertification audit
The purpose of recertification is to maintain the continuity of the certificate. The procedure repeats the initial certification, except that, as a rule, there is no Stage 1 audit. After successful completion, the certificate is renewed or, in case of a change in the scope of certification, reissued.
